Jamie joined Hayden Glade in May 2023 to oversee company operations and asset management. Jamie has 25 years of diversified multifamily experience, including closing nearly $1.5 billion of debt and equity transactions with all major types of lenders, permitting and developing market rate and mixed-income multi-family projects in multiple states, syndicating and completing tax credit rehabilitation projects in several states, and running the real estate division of a family office investing in a wide range of property types.

 

Most recently, before joining Hayden Glade, Jamie worked at Beacon Communities, overseeing portfolio strategy initiatives and special projects, including refinancings and dispositions.  In parallel with his professional work, Jamie taught at Wentworth Institute of Technology and MIT for several years and has served on local Zoning and Planning Boards.
