John joined Hayden Glade in July 2021 to oversee company capital projects and project management. Before joining Hayden Glade, John directed property restoration efforts on over 800 units of multifamily housing in six states, totaling over $7M.

 

John has extensive contacts in the property insurance and restoration markets and ensures that Hayden Glade’s improvement plans are implemented at the highest quality. Over the last three years, John has managed over $14M worth of rehab and upgrade on multifamily housing throughout multiple cities and is currently overseeing $4M in exterior and interior projects across three additional properties.
