Head of Asset Management

Olga Trimmer oversees asset management strategy and execution for a diverse portfolio of affordable and workforce housing across the US.  Before joining Hayden Glade, Olga served as a VP at AEW Capital,  overseeing a portfolio of multi-family properties through different lifecycles and investment strategies.

 

Prior to AEW Capital, Olga worked at Berkshire Residential, Boston Financial, and Fairfield Residential. Olga's 20 plus years of real estate experience combine deep multi-family knowledge with a thoughtful approach to asset management, now dedicated to serving Hayden Glade's mission. Olga holds an MBA in Finance from Northeastern University.
