Rodrigo began his journey with Hayden Glade in September 2023. He initially joined as an intern and steadily progressed, transitioning to part-time roles to deepen his industry knowledge. By July 2024, Rodrigo had advanced to a full-time position as an analyst focusing on acquisitions at Hayden Glade.

Before joining Hayden Glade, Rodrigo graduated from Saugus High School, laying a solid educational foundation. His dedication to his career is complemented by his passion for CrossFit, where he competes outside of his professional responsibilities.
